A New Chapter, But The Spotlight Still Follows
Gabbie Marshall spent five seasons in Iowa City, carving out a reputation as the ultimate team player. While Clark dazzled with her record-shattering scoring, Marshall was the glue—scrappy defense, clutch shooting, and an unshakeable calm in the biggest moments. That fifth year saw her help lead the Hawkeyes to the brink of glory, and fans assumed she’d continue her basketball journey. Instead, Marshall shocked everyone by choosing graduate school over the WNBA. It was a decision that spoke volumes: sometimes, chasing your own path is the boldest move of all.
Sunday’s Surprise: Marshall Goes Viral in Bengals Orange
Fast forward to Sunday. Cincinnati is buzzing, the Bengals are gearing up, and in the crowd is none other than Marshall herself—hometown pride on full display. The team’s social media team spots her, snaps a few pictures, and suddenly, the internet explodes. Fans who cheered her on in March Madness are now sharing her photos in stripes, and the comments pour in: “Queen of Cincinnati!” “Hawkeye meets Bengal!” It’s clear—Marshall’s star power didn’t fade when she left the court; it simply found a new stage.
More Than an Athlete: Why Marshall’s Moment Matters
But this isn’t just about a viral photo. Marshall’s appearance is a reminder that athletes aren’t defined by stats or contracts. She averaged 6.6 points, 1.7 assists, and 1.5 rebounds at Iowa—solid, but not headline-grabbing numbers. Yet her impact was always bigger than the box score. By choosing grad school, she showed young fans that there’s life after sports, and by supporting her hometown team, she proved you can be both a competitor and a fan.
The Takeaway: Still Leading, Still Inspiring
As the Bengals battled on the field, Marshall was in the stands, living proof that you don’t have to be chasing championships to inspire a crowd. Whether it’s basketball or football, Iowa or Cincinnati, Gabbie Marshall knows how to turn a moment into a movement. And if Sunday is any indication, her story is just getting started.

Stay tuned—because Gabbie Marshall’s next chapter might be her most exciting yet.
Caitlin Clark’s former college teammate, Gabbie Marshall, was turning heads after attending an NFL game on the weekend.
Marshall was an important player for the Iowa Hawkeyes over her five years with the women’s program and was part of a formidable backcourt alongside Clark. She helped lead the team to a national championship appearance after returning for her fifth year last season.
The 24-year-old, who averaged 6.6 points, 1.7 assists, and 1.5 rebounds over her college career, opted against pursuing basketball as a profession following her graduation and went to graduate school instead.
Even so, it hardly means she’s done with sports, as was evident when she attended a Bengals game on Sunday.
The team posted a few photos of the Cincinnati native in a Bengals jersey, which quickly went viral.

“This is amazing😂,” Kate Martin of the Las Vegas Aces commented.
“Second pic is giving me game winning block vibes from big 10 championship. Love to see it,” current Hawkeyes player Kylie Feuerbach wrote.
“NEED her back on the court ASAP,” another comment read.
“Go Chiefs!” Clark teased.
The Indiana Fever star spent most of her life in Iowa but is a Chiefs fan.
The Chiefs are yet to play in Week 5 and are scheduled to take on the Saints on Monday night. But Gabbie Marshall and the Bengals have already learned their fate as they lost a close one to the Ravens in overtime on Sunday.
All About the NCIS Spinoff Tony & Ziva , Including One Detail That Calls Back to the Early Tiva Days

What’s the Buzz About the New Tony & Ziva Spinoff?
If you’ve been part of the NCIS fandom for more than a hot minute, you already know that Tony DiNozzo and Ziva David—affectionately known as Tiva—were the heart and soul of the show for years. And now? They’re back with their own spinoff. Yep, it’s real, and it’s happening. Fans have waited over a decade for closure, and this spinoff promises not just that but so much more.
A Quick Refresher: Who Are Tony and Ziva?
Before we dive into the juicy spinoff details, let’s hit rewind for a sec. Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) was the charming, wise-cracking NCIS Special Agent. Ziva David (Cote de Pablo) was the badass Mossad operative turned NCIS agent. Their chemistry? Off the charts. For years, fans watched as the two danced around their feelings, forming one of TV’s most slow-burn, emotionally charged romances.
Why Did They Leave NCIS in the First Place?
Both characters exited the original show years ago. Ziva was presumed dead, and Tony left the agency to raise their daughter, Tali. It wasn’t until seasons later that Ziva returned—very much alive—and fans got a glimmer of hope for a proper reunion. But it never quite happened… until now.
The NCIS Spinoff: A Long-Awaited Love Letter to Tiva Fans
What’s the Title of the Spinoff?
The show’s working title is NCIS: Europe (subject to change), and it’s more than just a crime drama. It’s an emotional, globe-trotting journey that picks up with Tony and Ziva raising Tali while running a private security firm. Think: crime-solving meets co-parenting with some unresolved romantic tension on the side.

Who’s Behind the Series?
Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo are not just reprising their roles—they’re also executive producers. That means they’re hands-on with the storytelling. This isn’t just fan service—it’s fan respect.
Where and When Will the Show Air?
CBS Studios has confirmed that the spinoff will stream exclusively on Paramount+. As of now, filming is expected to begin later this year, with a release window likely in early-to-mid 2026. Yep, it’s still a bit of a wait, but judging by the buzz? Totally worth it.
