Seeking Sister Wife star Dannielle Merrifield’s injuries have sparked concern among viewers of the hit TLC reality series. Especially after her “husband,” Garrick Merrifield, was just arrested for alleged domestic violence against his newest wife, Lorrana.

Dannielle Merrifield’s Injuries Cause Concern

When Garrick Merrifield proposed the idea of having sister wives to his wife, Dannielle Merrifield, she was not a fan. He claimed that he heard a calling from God to pursue this lifestyle, but Dannielle was not so sure. At the end of the day, Dannielle agreed, and they began the search, which always took them from Buena Vista, Colorado, to Brazil. After two failed engagements, they finally met Lorrana, also from Brazil, and she married Garrick after coming to America. Moreover, she became pregnant, and they welcomed a baby girl. Sadly, a short time after, Garrick was arrested for alleged domestic violence against his new wife. This caused an uproar in the Seeking Sister Wife world.

Fans wanted him fired from the show by the network, but they have never cared for him. They have found him controlling and heartless. At the same time, viewers felt that Dannielle was trapped in a troubled marriage and that Garrick controlled her. She followed his lead, and this was never a life she ever wanted. Amid Garrick’s alleged domestic violence arrest, fans believe that he has also harmed Dannielle. They are paying close attention to old episodes and have spotted some clues that something may be off.

One eagle-eyed follower spotted a bruise on Dannielle’s arm and was very concerned. They shared this:

I notice multiple times this season Dannielle merrifield had bandages on her arms. Any idea what they are?  Danielle also had huge burns or scars on her arms during the wedding episode.

A photo from Seeking Sister Wife was shared, and there is a prominent, bloodied wound on her forearm. It may not have been much of a concern had Garrick not been arrested, but things have since shifted.

Fans React To The Bruise

After seeing Dannielle Merrifield’s bruise and questioning what was going on, were there more fan theories? Did Seeking Sister Wife viewers feel that she and Garrick Merrifield had a toxic marriage? Or, did they feel something else was going on? There was a lot of concern for Dannielle, and the hope was that this family could get some therapy sooner rather than later:

Some wondered if she had gotten hurt from falling off her bike, as she is very athletic. There were also questions about burning herself on a curling iron, but it appears no one will ever know.
