Demi Engemann isn’t losing sleep over her secret being spilled.
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star shared how she really felt after her costar Jessi Ngatikaura revealed the NSFW meaning behind her and her husband Bret Engemann‘s “Fruity Pebbles” s3x story.
“Fruity Pebbles has been a topic that we all teased and talked about for so long [on the show],” Demi told Entertainment Tonight in an interview published Dec. 4. “And as much as it was a private moment and we never planned on sharing this ourselves, we just have nothing else left to do other than own it and have fun with it.”
Still, the 30-year-old admitted that the details of her s3x life going public was “awkward” for her. After all, she had to attend Thanksgiving dinner with her family “the next day.” As Demi put it, “It was not ideal.”
Indeed, in The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, Demi explained to her fellow wives that she and Bret have used Fruity Pebbles during their s3xual encounters, though the details about why the cereal was incorporated into their intimate moments was not disclosed on camera.
Months later, however, Jessi—who had been feuding with Demi over recent allegations she made against Vanderpump Villa star Marciano Brunette—claimed in an Instagram Story that the meaning had to do with the fact that Bret “likes to drink [Demi’s] piss like it’s dirty soda.”
She added in the Nov. 25 Instagram Story, “He gulps it down like water.”

Shortly after, Demi confirmed the NSFW revelation, describing it as a “one-time” occurrence that was a “consensual and private experience in our marriage.”
And for the MomTok influencer, fessing up to Jessi’s claim wasn’t actually a difficult decision.
“I just thought that it was out there and it’s gonna be talked about enough,” Demi explained to Entertainment Tonight, noting that she felt confident about dealing with the negativity. “I was able to handle the comments and everything with more levity, which was nice.”
As for whether she would be willing put her feud with Jessi behind her? Demi is open to a reconciliation.
“At the end of the day, I never wish anyone ill will and I don’t want to see anyone fail or suffer,” she said. “I want her to do well and I hope she is doing well.”
