Jon Gruden is no longer unemployed.

The former Las Vegas Raiders and Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach found a new job in football but it’s not even in North America this time around.

The Milano Seaman of the European League of Football (ELF) announced Tuesday that Gruden is now serving as an advisor to the organization, with an aim of improving all aspects of the organization.

“We’re excited to announce that American football legend, Jon Gruden, will work with us as advisor,” the team said in a post on X. “Gruden won in 2002 Super Bowl with Tampa Bay. Gruden will help us to improve our organization in every aspect. He already started to work with our coaching staff.”
