Earlier this month, Herbert and the singer had a sweet moment on the sideline before a team loss to the Commanders as they kissed each other before the game.

The 27-year-old Justin Herbert has been spotted in public with pop artist Madison Beer on several occasions.

Their latest venture brought them courtside as they watched Thursday night’s game between the Lakers and Minnesota Timberwolves.

It was the first public outing for the two following dating rumors that began late in the offseason.

It was one thing for them to sit together, but Justin Herbert ended up stealing the spotlight because fans couldn’t help but notice his hands.

Herbert’s hand was certainly in action that night.

When a loose basketball bounced towards the sideline where the pair were sitting, heading directly towards Beer, the Los Angeles Chargers quarterback quickly threw his massive hand out and protected his girl.

Herbert has a long time off after leading the Chargers to a 37-10 victory over the Vikings on Thursday Night Football. Herbert threw for 227 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception, completing 18 of 25 passes.

“It was a big win for us, a big opportunity for us to go correct some more mistakes,” said Herbert.

Herbert’s standout performance sparked MVP conversations among fans. Los Angeles will face the Tennessee Titans on the road next Sunday.
