The online harassment of Nikki Spoelstra has gotten progressively worse, especially after an insidious rumor coupled with fake screenshots went viral on social media insinuating she had an affair with Heat sophomore forward Jaime Jaquez Jr. As a result, she has had to issue a video statement slamming these rumors fervently.

Spoelstra then calls out all the “sports trolls” who spread such rumors about her and another player, explaining that she would (for obvious reasons) never even try to do something like this.

“I already talked to the girlfriend and the mom, and the three of us are sitting over here rolling over to you guys.”

She then slammed people thinking they could come onto her social media profiles to hate on her, as she may be a public figure but doesn’t care about that when it’s faceless fans harassing and threatening her family.
