Stop us if you’ve heard this before: Kristin Cavallari is going viral.

Cavallari, the ex-wife of former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler, has carved out quite a career for herself as a TV personality and fashion designer. One thing her fans love about her is that she’s never afraid to get really honest about her personal life.

For example, Cavallari revealed several month ago that she got an operation done on her breasts. It’s something she’s not hiding from.

“I did both after breast feeding,” Cavallari said. “Everyone acting like I lied about it when I never got asked specifically about implants themselves. I said in an interview years ago that I had a lift, which, to me, felt like I was revealing more than I actually needed to. But I never once denied implants, ever.”

Although she didn’t bring up her implants this week, Cavallari’s chest became a topic of conversation on Instagram. That’s because she posed for photos in a see-through crop top.

In an effort to promote her Uncommon James jewelry line, Cavallari showcased several of her necklaces. However, some of her fans were too caught up in the fact that she was braless for her photoshoot.

“You are so stunning. Always my favorite celebrity,” one person wrote. “Real. Raw. Natural.”

“Obsessed with you,” another person commented.

“So hawt,” a third person declared

Cavallari made headlines last month when she revealed she had been dating former NHL player Nate Thompson.

“I really think he’s such a great guy,” Cavallari said. “In a really short amount of time, we didn’t hold back anything. We told each other [expletive] everything. It was the most honest, pure, amazing, quote-unquote relationship I’ve ever had.”

At this rate, it won’t be long before Cavallari is back in the headlines
