The battle between the Houston Rockets and the Golden State Warriors is heating up significantly. With the first game going in favor of the Warriors, the Rockets bounced back quickly. With a 109-94 victory, the game is evenly poised at the moment. However, with the last game taking place in Houston, the fans became a bit too emotional, and Warriors’ coach Steve Kerr did not like it at all.
With both teams looking for victory at Toyota Center, Draymond Green put on a powerful and physical display. Such a performance naturally offended the Rockets’ fans to a great extent. Unable to contain their emotions, they started initiating profane chants towards Green. And this is where Kerr thought the fans crossed a line.
“It’s not ideal when a crowd is chanting ‘F you Draymond’ … I would prefer if fans could use a little more discretion and remember that the guy has kids,” Kerr said. He further added, “Maybe I’m old school. I’m all for the fans cheering for their team and if they want to yell at the opponents, great, but I just think ‘F you’ is – it’s a little much.”
Steve Kerr feels that opposing fans are “stepping way over the line” on the ‘F*ck you Brunson’ and ‘F*ck you Draymond’ chants 😳
“You can say a lot of things but I find it disturbing when there’s 20,000 fans yelling F-U to a player.”

Meanwhile, Draymond Green did not seem bothered by the F-bombs hurled at him. However, with things going a bit rough, Ime Udoka had some interesting advice for his men.

Throughout the game, Draymond Green dictated the terms. With his overly physical play, Green seemed to take over full control of the game. But at one point, the tensions exploded. Both Green and Fred VanVleet got involved in a heated altercation. Surprisingly, the officials did not book Green enough to have him evicted, much to the contrary of the general consensus. However, Udoka did not seem bothered by all this.
“Physicality. Don’t worry, they’re not gonna call anything… Play through it,” said Udoka, urging his team to go for glory.

Surely, the pep talk worked. And as things remain heated between the two, Game 3 will surely be a banger.
