For years, there have been many critics who have accused LeBron James of using steroids, despite not having one shred of evidence.

James has played for three different teams in his illustrious career. He likely will end his career with the Los Angeles Lakers, but he also played for the Heat and the Cavaliers.

James has been the center of some wild conspiracy theories during his two-plus decades in the NBA, which isn’t surprising considering his success.

Former Hawks guard Jeff Teague, who now has his own podcast, suggested that James took steroids late in his tenure with the Heat.

During a Wednesday morning episode of the Club 520 Podcast, the former All-Star point guard with the Atlanta Hawks and 12-year NBA veteran publicly questioned the validity of James’ unreal athleticism by claiming that the future Hall of Fame inductee was once busted by the NBA for steroid use.

“He was on steroids, bro,” Teague stated about LeBron James.

“He had to sit out (because) he was on steroids, for real.”

Teague then noted a change in appearance after James returned from an alleged leave of absence.

“They started testing for HGH, and everybody was like ‘yo,’ and he had to sit out. He said his back was hurting, and he sat out for like, three weeks, and he came back skinny.”

LeBron James is set to enter his 23rd NBA season, and at 40 years old, he’s still an All-Star caliber player.

Former NBA guard Jeff Teague stirred things up with a bold accusation that LeBron used steroids when he was on the Miami Heat.

In Teague’s words, “They started testing for HGH, and he had to sit out. He said his back was hurting and he sat out for 3 weeks, then came back skinny.”

There were some giggles when Teague initially made the claim, but then fans of LeBron James began to attack him on social media.

Shortly after the comments went viral, Teague took to his Instagram to clarify that he was just joking.
