A viral clip sparks Kylie Kelce’s blunt message to critics.
Kylie Kelce spoke out this week after a video of her went viral and drew comments about her body. She addressed the reaction directly, made it clear she was upset, and shared her thoughts openly with fans.
Kelce, who is married to former NFL player Jason Kelce, responded after many people focused on how she looked instead of what was happening in the video. The clip showed her learning how to curl ahead of the 2026 Winter Olympics.
But instead of talking about the sport, many online comments centered on her appearance.
She came out clearly about her thoughts during the next episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast.
Kylie reminded everyone that she gave birth just nine months ago. She said her body has changed and she feels no shame about it. She also fired back at critics earlier with strong language and now asked people to stop making those comments and to show some basic respect.

“Guys, I wasn’t trying to put my (butt) on display, okay?” Kelce said. “I was trying to mind my own business and learn how to curl.” She explained then, “You caught me in gray pants that are skin tight cuz your girl’s got a couple extra on since I just gave birth nine months ago. Can you lay off? God.”

Kelce did not apologize for how she looks. She made that point clear and said she feels proud of her body. She even joked about it. “To be fair, I’m proud of her,” she said. “She always has my back. I said it.”
Kelce also used the moment to change the attention towards something else. Kylie urged fans to support curling instead of judging bodies. She promoted an upcoming YouTube episode tied to the sport. “Make sure you support this awesome sport,” she said. She told fans they can watch the curling FAFO episode on February 3 on YouTube.
Kelce was an athlete before she became a public figure, and she has always been open about fitness and motherhood. People have praised her before for her honesty and straightforwardness. This response stayed true to that style.
The video surfaced as excitement grows for the 2026 Winter Olympics, which start next month. Her message came at a time when more athletes and public figures are calling out body-focused comments.
What caught people’s attention was not just her message, but the way she delivered it. She was honest and direct. And she made it clear she wants the focus on the sport, not her body.
