Indiana Fever guard Lexie Hull took time to prepare for the 2025 Glamour Women of the Year event on Tuesday. Hull had an elegant black dress and posed in front of the camera. People couldn’t stop complimenting her because they loved the way she looked. One of them was her teammate, Caitlin Clark.
The Fever praised Hull’s appearance in an Instagram post on Wednesday.
“stunning on the red carpet 😍” the Fever posted on the social media platform.

Clark couldn’t help but swoon over Hull in the comment section. She even referenced the phrase from the illustrated children’s novel series “Diary of a Wimpy Kid.”
“Zoo wee mama,” Clark commented.

Off the court, Hull and Clark have developed a close bond, together with Sophie Cunningham. This has helped them work well when they’re on the floor seamlessly.
Last season, Hull had a productive campaign. The shooting guard appeared in 44 games, averaging 7.2 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.8 assists on 36.7% shooting from deep. It was a better year than the 2024 season, where she put up 5.5 points and 2.5 rebounds on 47.1% beyond the arc.
The Fever didn’t have Clark for most of the year due to injury, which allowed Hull to step up and carry some of the scoring load.
Lexie Hull addresses the WNBA’s current pay negotiations in her Glamour speech
WNBA players are currently dealing with serious negotiations over their pay. Over the years, many players have called for greater compensation, which is what the players are requesting. However, athletes feel they should be paid more now that the league is becoming more well-known and profitable.
During the Glamour event, Lexie Hull was among the honorees for the 2025 Glamour Women of the Year. She was permitted to speak to the crowd and go over the issues the players are currently facing.
“We’re in a bit of a negotiation right now,” Hull said. “We fight our rivals hard on the court. But now we’re fighting for fair pay, safer play and better resources for every player in the WNBA.”

Hull didn’t just bring up the current pay talks with the WNBA. She also addressed how the officiating has affected many players. Many players have complained about how the referees have performed in recent seasons.
Lexie Hull isn’t the first to shine light on what’s happening in the WNBA. But she has made the most of the opportunity that was given to her.
