DYLAN Efron has lived a private life in a humble beach home before he skyrocketed to fame on The Traitors and Dancing with the Stars.

The younger brother of Zac Efron has made a name for himself with breakout projects this year after a lifetime of staying out of the public eye.

Before entering the Scottish castle for The Traitors or stepping onto the DWTS ballroom, Dylan, 33, enjoyed a quieter life in his humble abode.

While the YouTuber has documented his adventures of traveling the world, he primarily lived in Manhattan Beach, CA in Los Angeles’ coveted South Bay neighborhood.

The 1,200-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is just steps from the beach on the famous California Strand.

The property, which rents for just over $6,000 a month, also includes a fenced-in backyard for the perfect blend of the indoor/outdoor lifestyle.

Dylan has often posted on social media, enjoying his neighborhood’s surrounding streets and soaking up the sun at Manhattan Beach.

His long-term girlfriend, Courtney King, does not live with the star as she resides in a different part of LA, The U.S. Sun can confirm.

The couple is very private and Dylan, whose real name is Nicholas Efron, does not often post Courtney to his social media.

However, they have been a part of each other’s lives for years, as they met as teenagers in high school in Dylan’s hometown of Arroyo Grande, California.

The central coast town is about 3 hours north of Los Angeles, near the stunning Pismo Beach area.

It’s where Dylan grew up with Zac, and where the famous brothers’ family still lives.

Dylan often documents visits up to the central coast to visit his parents and siblings.

In addition to Zac, Dylan is also the brother of five-year-old sister, Olivia, and their youngest brother, Henry.

A BIG DYL

In January 2025, Dylan broke out of his brother’s shadow and catapulted to fame on season three of Peacock’s The Traitors.

He was one of the four winners, alongside Gabby Windey, RHONJ’s Dolores Catania, and Lord Ivar Mountbatten, who is related to the Royal Family.

Dylan also became beloved for his tight bromance with Survivor legend, Boston Rob Mariano, and the duo has gone on to score a number of big brand campaigns.

The opportunities didn’t stop there for Dylan, as he was also offered a spot on Dancing with the Stars in September.

The DWTS judges have raved that in the weeks since joining the competition, Dylan has become a leading man alongside his pro partner, Daniella Karagach.

Daniella and Dylan still remain part of the competition as they compete in the season 34 semi-finals next week.
