It’s my 41st birthday y’all, and I’m not just saying that because I want birthday presents. I’m saying that because I used to drink and do cocaine on my birthday. I used to do codeine and pills on my birthday. Now on my birthday, one of my best friends wakes me up and says ‘let’s go for a f*cking run baby’.

Jelly Roll got some miles in the morning of his birthday. It made him feel good. He liked remembering how things used to be and how much he has improved since then. Jelly encouraged people to change their lives if they wanted to.
