BREAKING: Savannah Guthrie’s Unexpected Move During Her ‘Today’ Absence Has Just Been Revealed
SAVANNAH Guthrie will return to TV on Tuesday night amid her extended absence from Today.
The beloved NBC morning show anchor, 54, has been taking a break from Today after a challenging year coping with her mother Nancy’s horrific kidnapping case.

On Tuesday morning, the Today team shared a preview clip of Savannah‘s upcoming appearance on game show Password, hosted by Keke Palmer with resident player Jimmy Fallon.
“If you are missing our girl while she’s on vacation, her episode of Password airs tonight,” Pop Start fill-in host Kaylee Hartung said.
In the quick clip, Savannah appeared to crush it while guessing the password “hawk” with her partner.
The show airs on NBC Tuesday night at 10 pm et.

In addition to her busy roles on Wordle and of course Today, Savannah has been left reeling after her mother disappeared from her Arizona home on the night of January 31.
Nancy is believed to have been abducted by a masked intruder caught on her Ring camera that night.
Tragically, there have been no significant leads in the case, despite Savannah and her family’s pleas to police and the public for help.
Last month, police released two ransom notes received soon after the kidnapping.
“Six months ago, someone took her out of her bed in the dead of night. We have lived every moment, every breath, and every heartbeat in agony and despair ever since,” Savannah wrote after the notes’ release.
“We are begging for help. We are desperate. We need someone to come forward. Someone knows something.
“Someone suspects something. Someone recognizes the writing in the ransom demand notes.
“Someone has noticed something different, strange, troubling or just unusual – perhaps with someone they deeply love.
“Perhaps they are afraid to come forward. Perhaps they are conflicted. Perhaps they are angry or upset for being in this situation.
“There is a way out – to tell what you know. You can do so anonymously. The reward is available. There is a way to end this situation and do the right thing.”
