Donald Tru::mp’s Old Comments About The Dallas Cowboys Are Going Viral After New List Reveals Jaw-Dropping Valuations For All 32 NFL Teams

An old comment from Donald Trmp dating as far back as 1984 regarding Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys has resurfaced this week, and it has not aged well.
Despite not winning a Super Bowl in over 25 years, the Cowboys remain the most popular team in American sports and were named the country’s most valuable sports franchise this week.
Sportico revealed that America’s Team is worth a whopping $12.8 billion, significantly more than the second-most valuable team, the Los Angeles Rams, which is said to be worth $10.43 billion.

Donald Trmp Was Completely Wrong About The Cowboys

The Cowboys were put on the market in ’84, and Trmp had the chance to buy the team but passed on the opportunity to snag it at $50 million. Despite all the money he’s made and what he’s gone on to achieve, it could be one decision he regrets as they’re now worth 240 times more.
Trmp didn’t just pass on the deal. He also said he felt “sorry for the poor guy who is going to buy” the franchise.
Of course, we can’t be sure that the Cowboys would be as valuable as they are if Trmp bought the team. Maybe it would have been worth even more, who knows? But we’d go out on a limb here and suggest that he would have sorted out a new deal for Micah Parsons by now.
Jerry Jones certainly doesn’t need sympathy over the $50 million purchase. But it’s fair to say that fans aren’t all that pleased with his handling of team affairs, especially his failure to show his best players earned appreciation in a timely fashion.
