Travis Turner has essentially disappeared off the face of the earth.

The Virginia high school football coach disappeared last month without a trace, as his team was in the midst of a perfect 12-0 season and was set to play in Virginia’s Region 2D championship game. It turns out that he was running from the long arm of the law.

Turner, the head coach of Union High School, is trying to evade being wanted on five counts of 𝘊𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 p0rnography possession and 𝘊𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 solicitation charges.

The Virginia high school football coach was last seen walking into the woods with a firearm, according to reports.

Amid his disappearance, Leslie Caudill Turner, his wife, broke her silence on his disappearance, asking for prayers for her missing husband. She is reacting much differently after the accusations.

The wife of missing Virginia football coach Travis Turner has seen enough on social media to know that she is done with it for an unknown amount of time.

Leslie Caudill Turner, Turner’s wife of 25 years, quietly deleted her social media after cops last week put out 10 warrants for her husband’s arrest on 𝘊𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 p0rn and solicitation charges.

Up until his shocking disappearance, Turner’s wife had been a constant presence on social media, posting updates about the high school team’s wins.

Once Travis Turner went missing, she pivoted to sending updates about the search for him.

While the wife has scrubbed social media of her existence, his family has decided to take search efforts into their own hands. The Turner family attorney said separate search operations have been organized.

“Family members and friends have also conducted search efforts in the surrounding woods,” attorney Adrian Collins said in a statement on Friday. “These efforts have been limited by weather conditions and with respect for the official operations underway.”

Authorities said Turner remains a “fugitive” and additional charges against him are pending.
