Recently, Timpf shared a health update with fans. This comes out around a year after she had been diagnosed with breast cancer. Notably, she received this diagnosis on the same day she gave birth to her son in February 2025.

Timpf was previously declared cancer-free back in early April. However, she reportedly still has to attend regular checkups every six months.

Speaking with People, Timpf shared, “I had a very unique experience being faced with both life and death in the same day — the birth of my son and then the diagnosis of a disease that could have killed me.”

Timpf shared that she tries to be optimistic, but doesn’t “force positivity,” noting the importance of negative emotions. As she shared, they can help one develop “real gratitude.”
