A tense argument broke out on The Five between co-hosts Jesse Watters and Jessica Tarlov.

During Friday’s program, May 15, the pair clashed as the panel discussed reports surrounding Trump’s investments linked to major companies, including Paramount, Netflix, Warner Bros. Discovery and Palantir.

According to documents submitted to the US Office of Government Ethics, more than 3,600 financial transactions took place between January and March, totaling an estimated $220 million to $750 million. It comes after Watters was branded a ‘total hypocrite’ over controversial remarks made on air.

Jessica Tarlov furiously said,”We just saw Donald Trump made at least $220 million of purchases in stocks. Paramount. Netflix, Warner Brothers, Palantir.”

Jesse Watters then quickly fired back, “So did I. Everyone is buying those stocks.”

But Tarlov pushed back, arguing that Trump should not be allowed to make those kinds of investments while remaining a major political figure.

“He should not be able to do that. You want to talk about Nancy Pelosi but you don’t care about what’s going on here?” she said.

“The media crew loses their minds only because it is him. Obvious double standard.”

Another viewer said, “Another outregeous statement by Jessica that is also outrageously wrong.

“FYI all the Trump assets are in a blind trust. Trump has no control over what the blind trust buys and sells and it is mostly invested in index funds.”

A third wrote, “She totally humiliated herself once again and was put in her place.”

“So Trump buying the same stocks everyone else is buying is a scandal, but Pelosi’s husband trading options on companies Congress regulates was totally fine? Got it,” a fourth person chimed in.

A fifth person penned, “I did the same thing. Paramount and Netflix both announced huge profits and I bought in. Does that mean I was insider trading?”

It comes a day after Watters was slammed for remarks he made on The Five, when talking about the Black community and the Voting Rights Act.
