Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin, Tyler Robinson, remains the most disliked man among conservatives after he allegedly gunned down the podcaster in September.

The 22-year-old Utah native emerged as the suspect in the k%lling of Donald Trump’s ally and was even seen running and jumping from a nearby roof once his bad deed was done.

A recent court ruling gave Tyler Robinson a legal win in his ongoing case.

Robinson’s lawyer made several requests regarding his choice of attire and the manner in which he would be brought to court. His request regarding clothing was accepted.

According to TMZ, the motion was ruled in his favor as the court seemed to side with his lawyers’ view that prison attire could sway a jury to see him as guilty from the outset.

Robinson was arrested on suspicion of aggravated murd3r, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, and obstruction of justice.
