Alexis Bellino said “I do.”

The “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum tied the knot with John Janssen in front of 140 of their close family members and friends at a “whimsical, rustic venue” in Laguna Beach, Calif., on Friday.

“We envisioned a dreamy, romantic, rustic chic vibe with earthy elegance,” Bellino told People of the wedding venue.

“Our venue gave us that perfect mix of natural beauty and privacy, nestled between the canyon and the sea,” she added. “It felt like we were celebrating in a secret garden by the ocean.”

To match the “whimsical essence” of the space, guests were encouraged to wear “light and earthy tones” and “highly discouraged from wearing black.”

The Bravolebrity, 48, tied the knot in a custom bejeweled nude gown, which was designed over six months by Modern Bride owner and founder, Julie Hurt.

Under the gown, she wore a custom metal garter with a delicate cross, designed by Truly Blessed Jewels owner Lisa Valenzuela.

“It was a sacred, personal touch I’ll cherish forever,” Bellino explained.

After the ceremony, she changed into a “short, white, sleeker, lighter” dress “made for dancing.”

“It still retained all the bridal glamour, but it was comfortable for cake cutting and dancing the night away!” she gushed to the outlet.

Several of Bellino’s “RHOC” co-stars were in attendance for the celebration, including Tamra Judge, Jo De La Rosa and Heather Amin, as well as McBee Dynasty’s Galyna Saltkovska.

However, she notably disinvited her co-star Jennifer Pedranti from her wedding — despite their friendship — after she didn’t receive a confirmation of attendance from the Bravo star.

“Shortly after the save-the-dates were sent, Alexis underwent an unexpected emergency surgery,” a source exclusively told Page Six on Wednesday.

“Despite everything she was going through, Alexis reached out to Jenn before the procedure to share what was happening. Sadly, she never received a response or any check-in from Jenn during that time, which was personally difficult.”

Janssen previously dated Bellino’s co-star Shannon Beador. They were together for three years until their 2023 breakup. He then went on to pop the question to Bellino in August 2024 after dating for nine months.

Bellino was previously married to Jeff Barry from 2002 to 2004 and Jim Bellino from 2005 to 2018. She shares son James, 17, and twins Mackenna and Miles, 16, with the latter.

Janssen, for his part, is father to three adult children — Jessica, Juliet and Joseph — whom he welcomed during a previous marriage.
