The Masked Singer is officially going where the show has never gone before. FOX just dropped the first details for season 14, and it’s stacked with nostalgic themes, franchise anniversaries, shocking guest stars—and a special musical tribute to the late, great rock icon Ozzy Osbourne, who died in July 2025.
The new season premieres Wednesday, Jan. 7, with a two-hour event airing at 8 p.m. ET/PT on FOX.
⭐ ‘Star Trek’ Night Kicks Off a Season of Big Themes
Season 14 is fully embracing pop-culture history, and it starts with a major celebration:
Star Trek Night in honor of the franchise’s 60th anniversary. Fans can expect themed performances, sci-fi staging, and plenty of clues tied to the iconic universe.
But that’s just one of this year’s themed episodes. The show is also rolling out:
Clueless Night (30th anniversary)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Night
Twilight Night
Spice Girls Night (girl-power anthems)

⭐ Kelly Osbourne Returns for a Special Ozzy Osbourne Tribute
One of the biggest surprises of the new season is the “Ozzfest” anthology episode, honoring Ozzy Osbourne and his groundbreaking impact on music.
Kelly Osbourne—formerly the Ladybug on The Masked Singer season 2—returns to the stage to help celebrate her father’s legendary career in what FOX describes as a “heartfelt homage” to his influence and legacy.
This marks Kelly’s first Masked Singer appearance since competing, and the tribute is expected to be one of the emotional highlights of the season.

FOX promises season 14 will feature the most decorated contestants in the show’s history, plus an unprecedented unmasking said to send “shockwaves” through the competition.
New costumes include:
Eggplant
Pugcasso
Queen Corgi
Scarab
The Croissants
As usual, Nick Cannon returns as host, with panelists Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg, Ken Jeong, Robin Thicke, and Rita Ora back behind the guessing desk.
