Dylan Efron recently hit the stage as he joined the cast of Dancing with the Stars‘ 34th season. However, just ahead of Halloween night, the star shared that he had been injured, even needing to go to the hospital. Some of Dylan’s reality show co-stars have also been commenting on the story.

Dylan Efron Shared He Was At The Hospital Around Midnight Following A Rehearsal

Fans know Dylan, brother of actor Zac Efron, from a variety of jobs, from social media influencer to production coordinator on various films. In recent years, he’s made a name for himself on various reality shows.

Recently, Dylan won the third season of The Traitors. He also recently joined the cast of Dancing with the Stars as a celebrity participant, partnered with Daniella Karagach.

In a recent share on social media, Dylan revealed that he recently spent some time at the hospital, notably at the place around midnight. That said, he remained in good spirits as he explained the situation.

The Dancing with the Stars contestant, a California native, explained, “Broke my nose, but don’t need it to dance.” The post opened up with a photo of Dylan sitting in a hospital room with an ice pack on his face.

Dylan explained more of the situation in a video, sharing that this wasn’t how we expected rehearsal to go. Taking the situation in with a good laugh, he shared that he took an elbow to the nose while trying out a new move. However, he assured his followers he wasn’t down just yet.

As Dylan continued the story, he showed his gratitude towards his teammate. In the caption, he shared, “I’m seriously all good. But I’ll never forget the way Dani, Pasha and Danielle WOULDN’T leave me side when it happened, warms my heart to have friends like them.”

In another video, Dylan showed himself getting a scan at the hospital, which he felt was a bit “excessive.” With Halloween right around the corner, Dylan ended the post with an image of a dog dressed up with vampire wings. This was likely in anticipation of the season’s upcoming “Halloween Night,” which is set to air on October 28, 2025.

Some of Dylan’s current Dancing with the Stars co-stars also made sure to comment on the situation. Robert Irwin shared, for example, “What!!!!! Feel better, mate.” Mark Ballas also wrote, “I hope you’re ok, brother. Sending you love.”

A few other reality show alums also commented on the post. “Boston” Rob Mariano, who is also an alum from The Traitors, teased, “Keep him in line @daniellakaragach,” complete with a heart emoji.

Taking to the comments, other fans shared words of support with Dylan. Of course, with Dylan himself assuring fans that he is alright, many also shared a bit of humor over the situation. Some comments included:
