Clearly the girl doesn’t skip leg day…

Carrie Underwood has long been invested in her health and wellness, has an activewear line and even put out a health-focused cookbook and talks often about how important it is to her to workout regularly. The girl works her behind off to keep her legs perfectly toned, and of course, they’ve become a big part of her signature look. I mean, she easily has some of the best legs I’ve ever seen, and maintaining them has to be almost a full-time job.

It takes a different level of commitment to achieve that, and I think Carrie is absolutely stunning, and she’s getting some attention for them once again after a post on Instagram from her time in Hawaii for American Idol, where the top 24 contestants competed for a slot to continue on the show.

In a collaborative post with the Idol account on Instagram, Carrie had fans in a frenzy for two different reasons… she was shown doing some paddle board yoga in the Hawaiian sun, but fans noticed her mega-toned legs and super modest bathing suit, which I’ll admit, was pretty refreshing to see… Carrie has a bikini-ready body, and chose to go the modest route on national TV which is pretty much the opposite of what most stars do these days.

She looks beautiful, as usual, and could wear a paper bag and pull it off in my humble opinion:

Fans in the comments were equally impressed with her legs as they were her very modest bathing suit, with many in the comments asking where she got it. And look, I’m not Pollyanna when it comes to bathing suits, I love a good bikini as much as the next girl, but it is refreshing to see someone like Carrie not have to bare it all to get attention or views on TV.

It’s the antithesis of what we usually see in Hollywood, and while I don’t want to overreact to the fact that she wore a modest bathing suit on TV, I do think it’s cool that she’s doing it differently:

Carrie is in her first season as a judge on American Idol, and from what I’ve seen and heard online, she’s quickly become a fan-favorite and feels right at home where she first started her career as the winner 20 years ago in 2005.
