A man was arrested after what’s been described as a “big commotion at Travis Kelce’s home.”

Star is reporting that a process server was arrested at the residence of the Kansas City Chiefs’ veteran tight end earlier this month, having made attempts to serve Taylor deposition papers from Justin Baldoni’s lawyers.

The server, Justin Lee Fisher, was taken to task after jumping the fence of Kelce’s Leawood estate in Kansas.

“Justin Lee Fisher, a former cop-turned-private eye, was caught at Kelce’s Leawood, Kansas gated property on September 15 — just two days after a federal judge overseeing the defamation and sexual harassment lawsuits between Baldoni and Blake Lively, denied a request to depose Swift, 35,” the outlet notes.

Taylor Swift, who is engaged to be married to Travis Kelce but was noticeably absent from his last outing, got roped into the legal battle between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni earlier this year, with the latter naming her in his $400 million countersuit.

Baldoni stated he had a heated argument with Lively at a penthouse in New York City during a production session for ‘It Ends With Us’. He claimed to have been blindsided by Lively’s husband, Ryan Reynolds, and her best friend, Taylor, suddenly showing up.

He also disclosed text messages in which the actress described Ryan and Taylor as her “dragons.”

According to sources, Swift felt manipulated by Blake after being dragged into her personal drama, and they have since become estranged.

Baldoni’s legal team filed documents claiming Taylor would give a deposition by the end of October; however, her lawyers sent a letter to the presiding judge after the process server was arrested, stating she had not agreed to give one.

According to TMZ, the judge denied a request to depose the pop star two days before Justin Lee Fisher was arrested. As to whether he had time to serve the documents before being arrested is unknown.

As for Kelce, the three-time Super Bowl winner recently received a hefty fine from the NFL.
