Season 34 of DWTS got off to a rocky start. Longtime judge Carrie Ann Inaba had to miss the premiere episode due to illness. Her absence left just two judges – Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli – to score the first routines of the season.

All three judges return for tonight’s episode. But the future of Dancing With The Stars is reportedly in jeopardy. The show is reportedly facing cancellation due to the behavior of one Season 34 contestant. Keep reading for all the details on the backstage drama that could end the show filmed in Los Angeles, California.

DWTS Facing Cancellation, Season 34 Contestant To Blame?

This year marks twenty years since DWTS first began. Soap star Kelly Monaco was declared the Season 1 winner in 20. The show has had some controversial celebrities over the years. But one celebrity is reportedly causing so much chaos backstage that the show might be canceled.

This season features a mix of celebrities from various genres, including sports. The casting leaned heavily into social media personalities and reality TV stars to attract a younger crowd.

Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Whitney Leavitt received a 15 out of 20 for her Tango with pro partner, Mark Ballas. The score tied her for first place with conservationist Robert Irwin.

The lowest scores of the night went to comedian Andy Richter and movie star Corey Feldman. The men received just 9 out of 20 for their routines. All the contestants were safe for the second week, but tonight’s episode will see two stars go home in a double elimination.

Amid reports that Alec Baldwin is causing problems backstage for his wife, Hilaria, comes news of another badly behaved celebrity. Corey Feldman was a problem before the show even started. He was delayed in rehearsing his routine for premiere night due to previous commitments. If you ask viewers, his lack of preparation was noticeable on the dance floor.

Sources close to the show told Star magazine that things haven’t improved with the Stand By Me actor. “He’s a loose cannon and doesn’t want to do the work and it’s had a knock down effect on the other cast,” the insider said.
