HEATED Rivalry bosses are in talks for a spin-off of the international sensation ahead of production of season two.
The steamy romance – based on the best-selling books by Rachel Reid – has become one of the highest-rated shows of all time since its debut on Canadian streamer Crave in November.

It has become an international sensation with viewing parties springing up across the globe, the previously unknown stars becoming household names and now one of them has let slip that there are plans for a spin-off.
Actor Francois Arnaud has revealed that show runner Jacob Tierney is in discussions for a side project involving his character Scott Hunter.
Viewers saw Scott’s journey in episode three of the drama as he fell in love with smoothie barista Kip, before eventually coming out after winning the hockey equivalent of the Premier League.
And now actor Francois has teased where Scott’s story will go – despite revealing that he’s not under contract for anything yet.
Asked about his Scott’s future on the show on Andy Cohen Live, Francois said: “I know there’s a lot of conversations around many possible iterations of that.
“I’m hearing all sorts of things. There’s potential a side project that would focus on Scott but I don’t know what that would look like either.
“I’ve read the books, and in the books Scott buys this sports bar that Kip goes to.”
However he added: “I’m not contracted to do anything – I refused to sign anything.
“I said best efforts. But I’ll happily go back obviously.”
He added: “I did tell Jacob, ‘Can I not just serve pints to your lead characters please? I would like my own…’
“I think there will be more. I kinda know what it looks like.
“Jacob’s aware of the positive reaction to Scott’s story and to me it’s just a different angle to the main story.
“It shows the weight that he’s carried on his shoulders.
“It’s slightly more dramatic and more rom-com and they compliment each other.”
Heated Rivalry has already been renewed for a second series – with actors Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams revealing they have signed up for three seasons in total.
It airs on Sky and NowTV in the UK and HBO Max in the US.
