LiAngelo Ball recently drew attention in the NBA community by filing for divorce from his wife, Rashida Nicole, just one week after she announced her pregnancy. This decision surprised many, especially considering they had only been married for three months.

The news led to major backlash from fans, who took to social media to express their criticism of Ball. In response to the negative feedback, Ball reflected on the situation during a recent interview with Billboard.

“When people conversate about my personal life, it don’t touch me or bother me too much. Like I see it, of course, because you know, everybody got a phone, but it don’t rub me the wrong way or nothing because nobody really go [through] what I go through every day. You not me, for real. So it don’t mean sh–, for real,” Ball said to Billboard.

Ball has had a rollercoaster relationship history. He previously had two children with reality television personality Nikki Mudarris. However, on February 8, 2025, Mudarris announced their breakup after accusing Ball of ghosting, cheating, and abandoning their children. The couple had been together for three years. Now, Ball is back in the spotlight due to his divorce from Nicole.

During the interview with Billboard, LiAngelo Ball stated that he is unbothered by what fans say about him. He emphasised that the opinions of his friends and family regarding his divorce are what truly matter to him.

“I don’t even know half the people saying anything. And everybody I know rock with me. Sh–, there it is. I be feeling good when I step out. Got love,” Ball said to Billboard.

Joining Lorraine Kelly on Monday’s episode of the ITV show, the TV presenter, 43, also gave an health update after having two tumours removed from jaw.

Fearne announced her split from Jesse, the son of Rolling Stones bass guitarist Ronnie Wood, in December after 10 years of marriage.

She has since made swipes at Jesse and moved on with TV director Elliot Hegarty, with the pair having been seen kissing during a recent night out.

Fearne has had a difficult few months after undergoing surgery to remove two benign tumours from her jawline, just days before her split with Jesse emerged.

She told host Lorraine: ‘It’s all very amicable and kids are doing great. I am in a very good place.’place.’

Discussing her recent surgery, she added: ‘I feel very grateful to have completely recovered.

‘I feel really good. I have a lot of people reaching out who have had the same thing.’

It comes after Fearne has seemingly made another thinly-veiled dig at her ex-husband as she gushed that she is the happiest she’s ever been in a positive update.

Speaking to Scott Mills on his BBC Radio 2 breakfast show, Fearne gushed that she is ‘really happy’ and is ‘springing out of bed in the morning ready for life’.

Scott, who has known Fearne for 25 years, said he has never seen her ‘more positive or happier’, prompting Fearne to agree and reply: ‘Yeah I feel great!’
