And then there were three! Adam Sanders, Cassidy Daniels and Channing Wilson were the finalists in Season 1 of the Taylor SheridanBlake-SheltonKeith Urban singing competition, The Road, and as the Top 3, they had the honor of performing their final songs at the historic Ryman Auditorium for the last round of the competition.

It’s a brand new audience for the finale, so everything is on the line as they open up for Keith one final time. The fate of the final three rested solely in the hands of the audience who voted to pick the winning musician. The winner received a spot at Stagecoach, a recording contract and $250,000.

“I worked really hard to get here and a lot of answered prayers,” Adam said. “We did it. You lean on your faith when there’s hard days in this business. Channing and I had a talk on the bus and we said, ‘Man, it’s the guys and the gals that don’t give up on their dreams that will eventually make it.’ I have never wavered. This is the only thing I’ve wanted to do. I look back at all I’ve been through and I’m just grateful that’s all I can say.”
