Olivia Dunne in gymnastics leotard

Social media relives Olivia Dunne signing her letter of intent.

Olivia Dunne has come a long way.

Back in 2019, not many people knew about the gymnastics star who was getting set to make waves in college. Dunne was becoming a social media star before she became a college athlete.

She signed her letter of intent with LSU in November 2019, earning a full scholarship. Many people have seen the newest version of Dunne, but not what she looked like six years ago.

That moment resurfaced on social media. A picture of her signing a letter of intent to attend LSU resurfaced. In the photo, Olivia Dunne could be seen smiling as she held a pen while rocking LSU gear.

“That’s the moment my life changed,” Dunne told PEOPLE.

It may have happened years ago, but she still looks exactly the same. That is a testament to the work she put in while in the gym and preparing for gymnastics events. Fast forward to 2025, and Dunne has retired from gymnastics after graduating from LSU.

For years, Olivia Dunne was widely recognized as the highest-paid female athlete in the NCAA. She was one of the first college athletes to reap the benefits of NIL. As soon as players were able to profit off their name, image, and likeness, Dunne started raking in thousands of dollars.

She capitalized on NIL and boasts a $4.1 million valuation, according to On3. The LSU brand is arguably the biggest in all of college athletics. So choosing that school worked out handsomely for her.

The prominent college star, from North Jersey, continued to reap the benefits after college.

Sports Illustrated announced the LSU alum as one of four Swimsuit Issue 2025 cover stars. She graced the cover in a teeny-tiny zebra-printed bikini. This was her third-straight year posing for the magazine.

The New Jersey native, who won an NCAA title with LSU, also starred in a photoshoot spread for Elle magazine in 2023.

Olivia Dunne’s latest achievement involves gracing the cover of Maxim’s 2025-26 Winter Edition.

Luka Doncic ‘destroys’ the Mavs on his return. Gets standing ovation and shows love to Mark Cuban

Luka Doncic hits 45 points in his first game in Dallas since being traded to the Los Angeles.

It’s rare for a home crowd to cheer the visiting team, but Luka Doncic’s return to Dallas was no ordinary night.

Just days before February’s trade deadline, the Mavericks shocked the NBA by sending their 26-year-old superstar to the Lakers—a move that outraged fans and sparked backlash toward GM Nico Harrison.

On Wednesday, Doncic played his first game back in Dallas since the trade. The arena was filled with fans in both his old Mavs and new Lakers jerseys, many chanting “Fire Nico” in protest.

Despite the emotion in the air, Doncic delivered a dominant performance, scoring a game-high 45 points to lead the Lakers to a 112-97 win. It was a powerful return for one of the league’s brightest stars—and a night Dallas won’t soon forget

The Mavericks pay tribute to Luka Dončić

While the Mavericks’ decision to trade Luka Doncic remains heavily criticized, they handled his return to Dallas with undeniable grace. The organization made sure his first game back as a Laker was met with respect and appreciation.

Every seat in the arena was draped with a T-shirt reading “Hvala za vse,” which translates from Slovenian to “thank you for everything.” It was a thoughtful nod to Doncic’s heritage and impact on the franchise.

Before tip-off, during the starting lineup announcements, the Mavericks played a tribute video showcasing some of Doncic’s most iconic moments in a Dallas jersey. The emotional gesture clearly resonated—moving Doncic to tears in front of the crowd that once called him their own.
