During a recent family vacation on a yacht, Tatum’s son, Deuce, playfully threw someone into the water, causing everyone on board to burst into laughter. However, the prank didn’t stop there. Tatum seized the opportunity to join in on the fun and prank his son in return.

As Deuce stood at the edge of the yacht, Tatum playfully pushed him, sending him leaping into the water. A video of this hilarious moment quickly surfaced on social media and went viral.

Jayson Tatum delivered Impressive performances for the Celtics during the 2024-25 NBA season, playing a key role in helping the team secure a playoff spot. He continued to dominate in the first round of the playoffs against the Orlando Magic. However, the Celtics suffered a significant setback when Tatum sustained a non-contact Achilles tendon rupture during the conference semifinals against the New York Knicks.

Tatum underwent surgery to repair the injury the following day, which sidelined him for the remainder of the season and potentially the entire 2025-26 season. This situation has sparked widespread discussion among the fans regarding the Celtics’ performance without Tatum in the upcoming season. Celtics legend Bob Cousy recently raised questions about Jaylen Brown’s role during this challenging period without Tatum.

“In my judgment, Jaylen is not quite at the superstar level that Tatum is at. Can he carry the load by himself? I see a major rebuilding effort here. Jaylen certainly won’t bring them to the promised land. … (Derrick) White’s a good player and he’ll produce and he’ll be consistent, but his game doesn’t lend itself to carrying a team,” Cousy said in a recent interview with The Boston Globe.

Tatum averaged 26.8 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 6.0 assists in 72 games in the 2024-25 NBA season. The power forward is predicted to have another strong season.
