Michigan’s loss to Ohio State left Sherrone Moore visibly shaken. He had no clue what was to come just days later.

The Wolverines’ HC has been fired for having an “inappropriate relationship” with a staff member. ESPN’s Pete Thamel, Dan Wetzel, and Adam Schefter reported he was fired after the school found “credible evidence” on him. Moore is said to have had an inappropriate relationship with a Wolverines’ staffer.

“This conduct constitutes a clear violation of University policy, and U-M maintains zero tolerance for such behavior,” Michigan director of athletics Warde Manuel said in a statement, per ESPN.

In the meantime, associate head coach Biff Poggi was named the interim head coach.

At this time, there are no public details about the inappropriate relationship Moore was involved in. That has since changed as social media went digging for answers.

Sherrone Moore married his wife, Kelli, in 2015. The couple has three daughters. There will undoubtedly be issues in the future.

Sherrone Moore is jobless and might lose his wife all in the same week. Social media has already found the mistress who cost him his cozy job.

The internet found that he added a woman named Paige Shiver as the Executive Assistant to the Head Coach in 2024. He also follows her on Instagram.

Someone else wrote: “This is apparently the girl that Sherrone Moore was sleeping with. Paige Shiver @plshives she is also the daughter of Chicago Bears executive scout, Jeff Shiver. A black dude and a fat white girl … well well well, like a moth to a flame.”

“UPDATE IN THE SHERRONE MOORE SITUATION Paige Shiver has DELETED her X account, AND Sherrone Moore is reportedly detained by saline police department!!!”: said one X user.

Paige Shiver – the staffer with whom Sherrone Moore allegedly had the illicit affair with – has recently switched her Instagram account to private. She’s pictured here, at right.” Another wrote.

Sherrone Moore has been in trouble before. He was suspended for one game during the 2023 season. That was due to a self-imposed penalty for a recruiting violation. He was also set to be suspended for the first game of the 2026 season. That was for the continuation of his punishment for the Stalions saga.

Moore had previously signed a five-year contract before the 2024 season. Now his entire world has fallen apart.
