After a lengthy drama earlier this year, Skip Bayless and Fox Sports are trying to settle things up in the harassment suit.
According to reports from Front Office Sports, Fox is currently mediating with former network hairstylist Noushin Faraji. She filed the lawsuit against the network, executive Charlie Dixon, former host Skip Bayless, and current host Joy Taylor.
As per court documents, the mediation occurred on March 10, though it didn’t reach any resolution at that time. The parties involved are continuing to discuss potential settlements with the mediator.
Additionally, they have agreed to postpone the Initial Status Conference to save resources until these negotiations are complete.
Faraji’s attorneys have filed for an extension of the status conference, which was originally scheduled for April 22. However, they further moved it to July 29 after the court granted the request.
Faraji’s lawsuit alleges s3xual harassment by Dixon and Bayless, alongside personal and professional insults from Taylor. As a result of these allegations, Dixon has been placed on administrative leave.
Though Taylor, who was briefly removed from her hosting duties, has returned to her show, “Speak.” Meanwhile, Bayless has already departed from Fox.
In related news, former Fox Sports host Julie Stewart-Binks has also filed a lawsuit claiming she was s3xually assaulted by Dixon in 2016. Dixon has responded to this lawsuit, denying any inappropriate contact. Fox Sports has not commented further on the ongoing legal matters.
Former Fox Hairstylist Accused Skip Bayless Of Offering Money Against S3x
While things do not look in a good state, Skip Bayless might see his recent struggle only increased if the court finds his wrongdoing.
However, in her lawsuit, the former Fox Sports hairstylist alleged a hostile work environment characterized by s3xual harassment and misconduct.
The 42-page lawsuit accused Fox Sports, its parent company Fox, FS1, and Fox Sports EVP Charlie Dixon.
Additionally, it mainly named controversial commentator Bayless and FS1 host Joy Taylor for fostering a culture where women were subjected to inappropriate behavior with little recourse. Faraji claimed that Dixon groped her at a birthday party and grabbed her buttocks.
According to her, Bayless made persistent unwanted advances, including inappropriate physical contact and a shocking monetary proposition for s3x. He allegedly offered $1.5 million to her for having s3x with him.
Overall, the suit outlines 14 counts, including s3xual battery, and seeks class-action status to represent other employees who have endured similar treatment.
VIDEO: Some Dude Just Dropped The Cold Hard Truth On Why All Of These NFL Prospects Are “Dating White Women”
Unless this is your first day in America, then you know race relations in this country dominate just everything, and that includes NBA and NFL drafts
During the most recent NFL Draft in Detroit, social media was buzzing as athletes showed up to the red carpet event with their girlfriends and family. Many of the incoming NFL rookies were African-American and were spotted with white women, which has become the usual theme for years.
The same thing happens with the NBA Draft.
This year, the discourse on the NFL Draft and NBA Draft has gotten even louder as African-American women openly pondered why so many of the players never have a partner that is the same race as them.
One guy on TikTok decided to answer that question by revealing that the vast majority of his division-1 friends in college or headed to the league are dating or married to white women and explained why.
He stated that some of them had told him that their white girlfriend looked up to Taylor Swift while their girlfriend looked up to Megan The Stallion. He then states the guy asks how many white women he has seen doing the Megan Thee Stallion challenge as opposed to Black women.
He then dove into another story of a friend who relayed that his Black girlfriend started to request money from him as soon as she found out about his NIL money. She wanted her hair and nails done. He then added that the Black women would be upset if they went to places like Chipotle, and she demanded steak houses.
